This Refund and Return Policy governs the terms and conditions for the supply and sale of home ware goods by our online retail store. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by this policy.

Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item in question must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in its original packaging.

In order to complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted. This includes instances where the item in question is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery may also only be eligible for a partial refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund and apply a credit to your original method of payment or credit card within a reasonable amount of time.

Late or Missing Refunds

In the event that you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. Please note that it may take some time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items and items purchased using discount coupons are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at info@texturedgroup.com.au and mail your item to: F54 63 Turner Street, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be processed to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail your item to: F54 63 Turner Street, Port Melbourne, VIC 3207. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
